How wz+ Labs handles your information

What we collect

wz+ Labs collects information only when you submit one of our forms. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics pixels, or any third-party advertising scripts on this site.

Course interest form

A guardian's name and email address; optionally a WhatsApp number; a child's first name and age; the course of interest; an optional note; and the time you gave consent. We do not ask for a child's email address, home address, school, identification, or medical or religious information, and you should never enter it in the optional note field.

Project enquiry form

Your name and email address; optionally your company; and details about the project you describe (type, desired outcome, stage, audience and timing).

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry — to contact you about the course or project you asked about. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How it's stored

Submissions are stored in a managed database, encrypted in transit, and are only reachable by our own server — never written directly by a visitor's browser. Access inside our systems is restricted to authorised staff, who sign in individually and are checked against an allow-list before they can view any submission.

When a submission arrives, a brief notification is sent to our staff by email through a transactional email provider (Resend), so we know to follow up. That notification contains only the contact name and the course or project type you selected — never a child's name or age, and never the contents of any note you wrote — and links back to the full submission in our internal system rather than repeating it in the email.

How long we keep it

We have not yet finalised a retention period. Until we do, submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Contact, below).

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We keep a record that a deletion request was made and honoured, even after the underlying data is removed.
